Please allow for up to 10-15 working days for the delivery of your order. We will get your order to you as quickly as possible – there are, however, lead times associated with order processing and shipping – some outlying areas may require an extra day or two. All orders will be dispatched once payment has been received.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box, and will need a physical address for all deliveries. We send orders throughout most of South Africa using a select reputable courier – the courier charge is an additional standard flat rate of R100 per parcel for local door-to-door deliveries.

To ensure accurate invoicing, email notifications and avoid delays in delivery please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact details in full. Delivery will be arranged once payment has been made and the funds have reflected in our account. You will receive notification when your order is dispatched, with the corresponding shipment tracking number. Once an order is dispatched it is within the courier service and outside of our control – we cannot be held liable for delays or items lost or damaged during delivery (but will work with the courier company to resolve the situation).

Local Collections
Local customers have the option to avoid shipping charges by collecting their order directly from our Studio in Durban – please select the Local Collection option which becomes available during checkout. Once your order is ready we will notify you via email and you can either collect from our Studio OR you can collect from I Heart Market at Moses Mabhida Stadium on the FIRST Saturday of every month from 9am - 2pm. Please be sure to show your confirmation email and order number when collecting.

International Orders
If you're ordering from overseas please allow 10 working days for the processing and manufacturing of your order, we will arrange with DHL/RAM. They will pump out a quote for you depending on your location to determine the cost of the parcel. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Please note: The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by the country of destination. Chantal Jaimee Jewellery will not be held responsible for any losses due to an incorrect delivery address or absence of receipt. We offer a variety of payment options including PayPal, PayFast and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
