Returns and Exchange

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 2 weeks of receiving the item). Once we have received the returned piece, we will swap it for a store credit of the item at the purchase price (the purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs). As items are made to order we do not do refunds, unless its a manufacturing fault. Please keep in mind that each piece of jewellery is completely handmade and unique with small variations occurring from items in stock or photographs. This is something natural in my making process, but if for any reason you feel it is not in keeping please contact us as soon as possible to amend. 

All products are returnable, excluding:
Special Orders.
Custom made jewellery.
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Sale items.

Please Note: 
Products being returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected in original packaging. We don't accept any returns after the 2 week period. You will need to pay for postage when returning the item. We recommend using a courier with a tracking service, we will not be held liable for any items lost in the post.

Unfortunately Chantal Jaimee Jewellery will not take responsibility for broken chains. Chains, by nature, are extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer. The replacement fee for chains are R250 for sterling silver and +/-R1700+ for gold, depending on length.When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.
